Tuesday, June 23

A very impromptu meetup
Both of us actually took leave to go..(ahem)
Buy JS's pressie of course.
LOL

We started off with a very good lunch =)
Somewhere which I havent stepped in since my final year exams.

Out of the Pan

A very lovely quiet dining area without concrete walls..
Just right beside the water fountain of RC Shopping Centre.

The main themed food:
Crepes
Very interesting combinations and flavours..
Plus they have a large variety of non-crepes cuisine.
And they tasted damn good too =)

We ordered a prawn salad and bacon crepe.
The best salad I have tasted to date.
The succulent prawns oozed through smoothly as one chews on them.
The light thousand island dressing was just right for the portion of vegetables.
And they even include strawberries in the dish.

The waitress asked us to choose the type of flour for our bacon crepe.
They had normal, wheat and tomato flour =)

Dessert was a whole banana with custard cream wrapped in thin chocolate crepe..
Topped with a scope of dark chocolate ice cream
And finished off artistically with chocolate fudge.
It was too much a beauty for consumption.
And it tasted sinfully haven too =p

After lunch
Nothing but shiokness walking through the streets of town on a working weekday.
Hiak hiak.

It was pure shopping.
We woke up utterly when the two of us added this black framed accessory to our loot.
Needless to say
We both really go bonkers.
Standing in the middle of the 4th storey coridors along Far East,
In the fitting room, at the food fare, outside Orchard MRT..
Snapping away like girls with loose wires.

We checked out the new Ion..
The chameleon-like building that probably spent tonnes of money on its lighting system that changes color almost every 10 seconds?

And then we had to come across this huge Heineken ad..
Does this look familar?

Heee..
What a colorful day..
Shall end the post with our favourtite shot of the day..
