Really overdue.
I've been avoiding this post because it keeps freaking making me hungry every time I opened that folder -.-
Standing at the restaurant's entrance with an equally blur waitress..
To be honest,
We waited with prominent irritation and frustration that only made the serving staff more exasperated.
Hungry and strengthless
We were damn easily bought over by the dim sum.
Food glorious food..
Century Egg with Lime Sherbet
It was a sour appetizer but I really loved the presentation..
Pumpkin Pastry
This Custard Bun horribly blew our minds apart..
Till we ordered another 2 sets of 3 and still could not have enough of them..
And of course we almost missed this..
Even though the size of these 3 mini egg tarts were pathetically shared by the 7 of us..
We felt its smoothness, its richness and the melting pastry in the mouth..
Simply the best dim sum I've ever come across in Singapore..
The quality of the cuisine is indeed apparent..
And the queue outside is not without a reason.
Because the chef took so long to prepare each dish with such high standards..
The serving time is delayed and so is the eating time..
The joy of dim sum is best shared among a big group of friends..
Variety is there and you need not stuff your stomach beyond redemption..
Glad I shared it with da gang of crazy peeps =)
