And we got to see the whole process of netting up the fishes, weighing the struggling fishes fast and then putting them back to the pails of the buyers.
The whole process took quite some time..
But it kept the onlookers fascinated enough =)
Some lobsters time for us..
Their sizes varied but they were pitifully thrown into the small pail with broken feelers and rendered totally immobile..
The best joy dervied was when you watch them wriggle away happily into the water..
I do admit we took a tad too long on the pictures =x
Lobsters are a bunch of milder creatures as compared to the aggressive crabs..
All of them have really exotic prints on them.

The solace from liberation is not something that is easily describable..
That ease, that peace, that contentment, that satisfaction..
That joy is different from the transient exhilaration of savoring the well cooked version of them..
That fulfilment is a far cry from relishing the succulence of meat on your tongue..
That gratification is definitely not the same as the merciless indulgence and merrymaking at huge banquets..
Sometimes
Human beings tend to subdue that tiny weeny wave of guilt that swept over them during big feasting..
Sometimes
That guilt comes from the realisation of over binging..
Cholesterol increased, calories shot up, health problems surfaced..
And sometimes
That guilt comes from feasting on a more vulnerable creature..
The very same creatures that do fear and cry at the brink of death.
If people can claim that they love animals..
And then declare indignantly that some animals are reared to be eaten..
What gives us the right to determine who should live and who should not..
Aint human beings supposed to be a more humane animal?
*Smile to self*
We are all living in serious contradictions..
We all sadly do..
Just..
A penny of my thoughts..
