We found something really interesting from Starbucks..
Coffee grounds
In simple words,
Residues from grounded coffee beans..
Acidic by nature
Coffee grounds are a rich source of nitrogen and a good deterrence to slugs that destroy plants..
I tried them on my lil plant in office..
Found little baby shoots growing out after a couple of weeks..
Not bad an organic fertilizer I must say..
One can pop into any oultet to ask for them FOC =)
And then use them on gardens or plants.
That's how Starbucks excels in their cool environmental marketing efforts.
