Here's the answer to JS message on the tagboard =)
Didnt catch JS at the finishing line, but we got him alright..It is an amazing feat to accomplish 42.195 km..He treated us to lunch and even bought us Xmas pressies..Had lunch together at Streets Cafe, finally a chance to try the pumpkin fries that was highly recommended by Suki..Awesome mix of the sweet and the salty.. Loved the interesting combination of brinjal and meat floss as well..
And I totally could not comprehend how could they tolerate the exaggerated spice of dried chilli..

Suki and I continued our shopping date after JS went off..We havent been out for such trips for a long time since the KPE Run in Sept..A simple date to catch up.Nice.
We went to eat the Taiwanese-like desserts at Far East..Been hearing good reviews about it..And Suki's dessert definitely looked like some crab meat =P
The desserts are good,
Not too sweet and you can actually add more sweetened milk at your own preference.
The shop's a lil plain..
Could have done more to spice up the atmosphere..
Cos afterall, dessert shops are meant to be bright and cheery and full of colors..
