Guessed we took part in too many races the 2nd half of this year..
Felt the fatigue sink in..
But we dragged ourselves out of bed anyway..

We were given red lanterns to walk us through the route..
Imagine running with lanterns, which I did..
At an efforted attempt not to crush the red ball of light.

They lighted up the spot lights in the tunnel, aint very sure if they were supposed to be the status quo when KPE is fully functional..
They were pretty cool though..
At the beginning, we were quite amused by the lights at the seemingly ending portion of the tunnel..
Imagine back to the future..
There shalt be light at the end of darkness..
Spent the first 2km walking I think,
Toying with the night mode of my cammie, attempting to take futuristic shots..
Bleahz..

The tunnel run was sort of stuffy and dusty..
Though the ventilators were fully switched on, it wasnt much of an ideal place to run in.
Moreover, there didnt seem to have any water points for the 5 km run..



We caught a glimpse of a familar face..
And then a familar morning voice..

Again,
Off to Hans for brunch..
With a camera, a mirror, a defunct red lantern
And a goodie bag that produced the weirdest freebies..
Plus two clowns that spelt insanity..
