Saturday, August 11

It was Lynne san's last day..
A wholesome 4 years of toil for her finally ended on Friday..
Borrowed her for a while in her midst of never ending pile of papers for some cam shots..
Really gonna miss her =(

*****

After work, it was straight down to Ngee Ann City..
We havent been to town for a long time..
Central was the first to catch our eye for dinner because it was queueless..
Gee it's good to be able to knock off at 5pm daily..
But the soon-to-be-in-place new policy is taking place in Oct -,-

Well, the food there arent really Hong Kong style..
But have to give credit for the atmosphere..
The choices we made absolutely paid tribute to the our taste buds..
To obtain maximum sensual provocation of the tongue, we came out with our very own sequential dining..
Hahaha that is to eat according to the numbers stated above..
1 for black pepper gravy over fragrant fish fillet rice (salty and slightly tangy spicy)
2 for the sweet translusent rice rolls dipped in XO and peanut sauce (sweet reminiscence)
3 for the crispy on the outside and tender on the inside carrot cake dipped in their specialty Hong Kong style chilli padi sauce (hot hot)
4 the neutralising pork floss sandwiched between deftly and thinly cut tofu slices
(resetting the taste buds for the whole cycle)
Well the cycle begins again..

*****

After dinner, it was time to head down to the private launch of the new Mitsubishi EX..
A nicely timed launch amidst the many soon-to-be-obsolete sedans' designs and models..
A very unique facelift..
Okie, I admit I'm pro-Mitsubishi cos of him..
But the design is really nice wor..

Then then, as we stepped into the launch, we realised what the mystery car is..
There had been this treasure hunt for a mystery car let loose by a radical car group known only as the
"Mystery Car Group"..
Spotted with a radio deejay, the public is required to take a nice picture of the car with the deejay in it..
Kekekeke not a bad gimmick though..
Actually quite glad that this is a casual event..
Aint cut out to attend more classy events..
I dont mind these events, just that I lacked the necessary etiquette..
And I still love my tee and jeans..

Oooh simply loved the white EX..
Dear said the picture of the engine is very tempting lo..

Mivec Engine, paddle shifts for the auto models, curvacous new spoiler, 18 inch rims, cruise control, max speed 200km/h, horse power of 155 for the 2.0 GT Version..
