PY (2) SHOPPING GETAWAY

It was a very welcoming break..
After 3 months of resisted shopping in SG, we let our boiling steam out in HK..
It was we, us and our idling time..
No restrictions, only gruesome shopping, bloody splurging, shopping bags that weigh tonnes, crazy legs that took us more than 12 hours of shopping each day..keke..
And then I finally manage to squeeze some time to sort out the pics..

Day 1

Uncomfortable seats, no food in the plane.
Reached HK half asleep.
Got our HK version of our EZ link card.

Had an Initial D bus route to the Big Buddha.
Huge magnificent Buddha, long stairs
Encouter with the clouds, messy hair.
Side views; back views
Photo taking freaks.
And more stairs.

Tung Chung MTR;
Levis, Nike and Adidas slashed prices like crazy
We went crazy.
Fa Yuen street; Ladies Market.
Busy shopping, no hunger pangs.
I want that Levis dress! *Regretz*

This is what we bought on the first day.

Day 2

Dragged ourselves out of bed
Sumptuous breakfast
Gorging ourselves due to immense hunger brought forward from the previous night..
Going gaga over small shops..
Espirit Outlet!!
Shopping till we drop dead.
Shopping zombies alive again upon seeing cheap and nice stuff.
A map idiot making her already frustrated friend more frustrated by giving wrong navigations.
2 water buckets forgot how to spell hunger.

Back to hotel to dump our labour fruits
Avenue of Stars, hand prints
Glamorous scenic night view
Symphony of lights.
More digital flashes
Again, messy hair.

Day 3

Superglued bed.
Breakfast became lunch due to shopping again.
Unforgetable desserts at Causeway Bay.
Where’s Edison’s shop?!!
Straps of shopping bags cutting into flesh
Shopping galare continued.

Lai Chi Kok, Adidas warehouse.
2 sweater freaks went bonkers.
Grabbed sweaters like they were free.
Excited but no more money.
Fa Yuen street again, filled with “night cats”.

Last Day

Practically overslept.
Checked out of our bunks, brunch AGAIN!

Disneyland’s entrance off we go.
Tung Chung Interchange once more..
Fascinating train, beautiful bronze Disney characters.
Sumptuous photo taking again.
Cheeky poses under the immense heat.
Feel like banging head against the expensive entrance fees..
Last round of shopping at Tsim Sha Tsui.
Where's Twinz' shop?!!

4 boxes of wife cakes, 3 boxes of egg tarts.
8 boxes of floss love letters, 2 bags of wasabi crackers
5 packs of fish sausages, 2 boxes of egg rolls
2 aunties late for the return transfers.
Squeezed every single cent out for the tips.
To the airport with arms breaking luggage.
Home sweet home to watch World Cup finals.

Miss ya Hong Kong..
