Was taking office transport home yesterday..supposedly trying to sleep soundly on the bus but no..was awakened by the conversations and loud giggles around me..and I was guilty of something..yea..ignoring them completely when they called my name..asking me about something that I do not wish to answer..~,~ I simply closed my eyes..Sometimes it's much easier to just make your upper and lower eye lids meet and avoid all confrontations..no doubt it's a way of escaping from reality..shutting out all awkward questions..but who cares..as long as I can get out of a temporary difficult situation..why not..
Recently, I read about an article.."Dodging the Bullet" about some natural behaviour of avoiding people whom you have no intention of getting into small talks with..Detouring to avoid..or outright pretention of not noticing the person..blending into your background..how come it sounds so much like me? Anti-social? Shy? Not fluent? Nah..to me..it's just that if I dont feel like talking to you..I will not talk..and most of the time..I have nothing much to say to acquaintances..Isnt it? What should I say? "Where are you working now? So..how much are you earning? How's you and your BF/GF going on? Oh..when are you getting married? Have your heard from..thought I heard that..yea yea..how can like that..??" Define gossips..
Come on! All so fake fake fake..so what do I choose to do? Sleep my way through..Shut the whole world out..Out of sight and hearing..out of mind..=/
